Consider the likelihood of making a profit, if that’s important. Is it vital to make a profit, or are you more concerned with helping the public. If the latter, opening a non-profit may be the best route. There’s a ton of available funding so long as the purpose of the business benefits the public.

If wouldn’t hurt to get feedback from people you trust. Sometimes others know us better than we know ourselves and maybe able to easily identify an option that may not be as obvious.

There are endless possibilities, but at the end of the day you have to be happy with your decision and you want it to be successful. So take as much time as necessary and weigh all possible option before finalizing your decision.
