Access to Advisors

The Advisory Board links professional, in a variety of industries nationwide, with those seeking assistance and guidance to achieve business objectives.

Member Enquiry

Members submit an enquiry to The Biz Knows, which includes name, preferred method of contact (phone or email), contact information (phone or email), selected category (such as legal, marketing, business formation, funding, sales, accounting, insurance, human resources, social media, etc.) and comments detailing the situation for which they would like advice. That information is then forwarded to the appropriate advisor. The Advisor will contact the member directly via the provided method of contact.

Advisor Response Time to Advisory Broad Members

Members will be contacted by an advisor within 2 business day after submitting an enquiry to The Biz Knows.

Advice & Access to Business Forms/Templates for Advisory Board Members

Approved advisors of The Biz Knows Advisory Board will provide consultation (advice) and/or access to business forms/templates at no additional cost to members.

Advisor Additional Services & Advisory Board Member Discounts

If the member's situation requires more than advice or access to forms/templates, approved advisors may offer additional services to further assist the member. Depending on the level of membership, the member can receive a 15% or 20% discount on additional services from the advisor. Member discount eligibility is determined by his/her subscribed plan. Invoicing and payments for additional services are strictly between the advisor and member. Important Note: Discounts may not be available for Investments/Financial & Retirement Planning.

Discontinuation of Advisory Board Services

Members may discontinue service at any time. To do so, members may either notify The Biz Knows by sending an email to info@thebizknows.com (include membership #) or contact their bank to discontinue monthly payments.
